I loved staying here with my boyfriend! It's ideally located just a few blocks from Union Square, so we could easily enjoy the shops and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and the AC in our Superior King Room worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable during our stay.
My children wanted a cleaner area. the parking lot had some litter. It would be great if they could enhance the cleanliness around the property, especially for families with kids.

The convenient downtown location offered abundant food options, with a Costco just a block away. However, the noise levels were disruptive, especially with activity starting early in the breakfast area. Parking was limited, and there was a noticeable language barrier at check-in, affecting the initial experience.

The Civic Center Motor Inn is super close to some bomb eateries like Pampalasa and India Garden. I scored a perfect cup of joe from Sextant Coffee Roasters every morning! Plus, super convenient place for nightlife. you’re just a hop away from bars and bistros all around.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk attendant was rude and made checkout a whole ordeal. My friend was trying to pack up and got harassed instead of helped.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! We explored Union Square and took a ride on the cable cars, both just a few blocks away. The stay was comfortable and our room was clean, which we really appreciated. Just a heads up, parking isn’t included and costs extra, but it was a decent value overall.
However, the night shift service was a letdown. The staff member seemed unwilling to help when we needed change for a vending machine. It left us feeling frustrated during an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I had a fun stay at Civic Center Motor Inn. The room felt cozy and clean, which made unwinding after exploring San Francisco good. The customer service could improve a bit, as the front desk was a tad unhelpful during check-in. A decent European-style Americana experience.
